Couples, avoid if you want comfort
The staff and location were great. They helped us with local tips and had a nice rooftop pool to unwind. My partner and I enjoyed sitting in the relaxing area with endless coffee while planning our day, that was a nice touch! Plus, they went out of their way to offer us assistance whenever we needed it.
It wasn't inexpensive but still bearable.

Perfect breakfast ( served in the 4**** hotel next door, a lot of choice), very good price quality ratio, clean rooms, very good location, no luxury but perfect basic comfort

Air conditioning accommodated hot weather nicely, ensuring comfort. The room offered a balcony with a great view of the snow-capped Sierra Nevada mountains.
Finding the car park posed a challenge, thanks to narrow streets and tricky turns. The bathroom lacked adequate storage space for toiletries, forcing items onto the floor, and the breakfast was overpriced and underwhelming for the quality expected.

Huge room, soft bed, and good bathroom. Central location, relatively near Calle Navas. Walking distance to department shops and a market across the street;)))

Very convenient and excellant location within town centre. Value for money as room rates are reasonbale thus can not expect to get much. Breakfast is also served and adequate to start your day!!!

The location is perfect, just minutes from major sights. The room was spacious and looked brand new, with a great shower. Breakfast was delicious and the free tea and coffee station was a nice touch. The staff, especially Manuel, were super helpful with local tips and even cleaned our car windows when we left 😊

Superb location in historical Granada. Staff was very friendly and professional, as well as being helpful.
Breakfast was supposed to be available every morning. It was -- while a large tour group was in the hotel. Once they left, breakfast was no longer offered -- with no explanation.

Staff helpful. Sheets clean. Breakfast ok. Location excellent. Great hotel for budget customers not looking for extras.
Bedspreads could do with being changed. Carpets could do with a deep cleaning. Lighting poor. One channel on TV only.

Very clean room, perfect location to see this fascinating city, plenty of places nearby where you can drink excellent cafe solo in the morning.
quite dark room: not very big window and we were under the necessity of using dark curtains because of the hot weather in April.

the location was great, in the centrum of the city. the bus coming from the station stops next to the hotel.
the curtains were not white but....grey. They really need to see a washmachine!!! The hotel was without double glas windows: it was really noisy at night.

Central location, reasonable price, hospitable staff, daily cleaning and free Wi-Fi.
Poor breacfast, very small room even without a window (the single window is only in the toilet facility), Wi-Fi is not available in the room, only in the lobby.

the location was excellent!!!
it was inconvient that i had to go to the lobby to use wifi. any hotel i have ever stayed in had it available in the room. also breakfast was disgraceful!!!! all that was available was a variety of bread. no fruit, no cheese, no ham etc. very poor. i would not have paid extra for it!
